Screen Printing

Screen printing is a process that is meant for a large order of shirts (15 or more). It requires the use of computer graphics and photographic film/development process in which a stencil is made for each color to go on the shirt. Then the ink is applied to the stencil and put on the shirt and then cured dry so it becomes able to be worn and washed. Since it requires the use of many supplies/labor to make one stencil, it can be costly to make only a few shirts, but when making many shirts, that cost is divided by the number of shirts significantly bring down the cost.

We specialize in 1 to 4 color spot color screen printing, which means we print up to four separate colors on the shirt.

We do not offer DTG (Direct to Garment) or CYMK Process Color printing . If you are looking to make a full color print, we use the heat transfer process to accomplish the similar results.
