Do you have minimum orders?

Yes, due to increased demand, we've needed to increase our shop minimum order to 45 shirts** for all prints. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please check back as it may change depending on the number of orders we have to fulfill.

 

Do you provide samples?

Yes, a virtual sample (Mock up) will be provided for each order, complimentary. (No physical samples)

 

How do I get a quote?

You can fill out our online quote form, call us on the telephone, or send us an email. We will respond within 1 business day.

 

What kind of printing do you do?

We specialize in 1 to 6 color spot color screen printing, heat transfer paper, and vinyl transfer.  Don't worry if you don't know what these all are, we can help you find the best technique to meet your needs and cost efficiency.

 

Do you supply blank shirts?

Yes, just let us know what you're looking for on our online quote form. After receiving your information, we can provide you with the choices we can provide for you. We will work with you to find the material to make sure it goes well with the printing technique that suits you best. We have several distributors that we order from that carry most major brands, sizing, and many color options.

 

Can I provide my own shirts?

Unfortunately not. Some shirts contain foreign dyes, chemicals, or treatments that may have been used and we wouldn't be be able to guarantee the outcome.

 

What is your turn around time?

Due to recent supply chain issues and increased demand, our current turn around time is 10-15 business days after we receive the blank shirts, depending on the size of the order and the type of shirts you select (large orders may take additional time). In some cases we can provide an express service which involves a quicker turn around time days for an additional charge. Please call or email to discuss if you have a specific request.

 

Do you deliver or ship the shirts?

We can deliver within a 15-mile radius of our location in Mission Viejo, CA. If you are out of our area we can have your order shipped to you using FedEx or UPS. Please note, delivery and shipping time and costs are an addition to the printing time and costs.
